Setting Up Your Store
Step-by-step guide to configuring your properties, products, catalogs, team managers, and store sharing options.
Setting up your vayca store is fast and intuitive. Follow these steps to build your custom guest store.
Add a new property
To add a property, head to Properties and click Add Property (or Bulk Add Properties for multiple listings).
Enter the property name, address, and city. Each property gets its own custom guest store link. Add one of the pre-defined Add-ons or create your own.
Add your Add-ons
Navigate to Add-ons and click New Add-on.
Define your item title, price, description, images, and optional product variants (e.g. Small vs Large, Red Wine vs White Wine). Be sure to assign them to your property.
Assign a property manager
You can assign specific team members as Property Managers for each property. Designated property managers receive instant email notifications whenever a guest places an order for their listing.
Share your store
Once your property is configured, share your store with guests. Copy your public store URL or use our sharing tool to create a specific link for your PMS platform.
